This Privacy Policy explains how Justin Hannan (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit justinhannan.com, contact me, or engage with me professionally. It also sets out the copyright and content-use terms that apply to everything published on this website.

I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Although a personal website of this kind may fall below the threshold that automatically binds it to the Privacy Act, I have elected to comply with the APPs as best practice.

justinhannan.com is the personal and professional website of Justin Hannan, founder of Reiterate, based in Queensland, Australia.

Personal information is disclosed only to the extent necessary to respond to you or deliver an engaged service, to the following categories of recipients:

  • Lead capture and CRM: Go High Level (HighLevel Inc., USA) and Formspree (USA), which process contact form submissions
  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel Inc. (USA), GoDaddy (USA)
  • Reiterate, where your enquiry relates to agency services
  • Professional advisors: lawyers and accountants, where required
  • Government and regulatory bodies: where required by Australian law

5. Cross-border disclosure

The services above mean personal information may be processed or stored outside Australia, principally in the United States, and in Indonesia where work involves delivery teams based in Bali. By providing personal information you consent to disclosure to overseas recipients on this basis. I take reasonable steps to use reputable providers with published privacy commitments.

6. Storage and security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular review of security practices. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behaviour (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and may process data in the United States; see Google's privacy policy for details. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. No advertising pixels or remarketing tags are used. Essential infrastructure (such as hosting) may also log basic technical data as described in Section 2.

All content on this website, including all text, information, photographs, videos, images of my face and person, my name, my story, and my personal and professional details, is the copyright and property of Justin Hannan.

No information, image, likeness, photograph, video, or content from this website, including my face and my name, may be used, reproduced, published, broadcast, or distributed in any publication, in any medium, for any reason, without my explicit prior written permission. This applies to print, digital, broadcast, social media, AI training datasets, and any other form of publication or reproduction, whether commercial or non-commercial.

These rights are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law (including protections against misleading use of a person's identity), and the common law of passing off, and are enforceable under the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Unauthorised use will be treated as infringement and may result in legal action.

Third-party marks and artwork shown on this site (such as network logos and film posters) remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification of credited work only.

10. Notifiable data breaches

If an eligible data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, affected individuals and the OAIC will be notified as soon as practicable, in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act.

11. Children's privacy

This website is directed at business operators and other adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact me and it will be deleted.

12. Links to other websites

This website links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, reiterate.com.au, clubtechglobal.com, finnsbeachclub.com, and press publications. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
